Loved the free private parking - finally a place where I don't have to panic about finding a spot for my precious car!
Breakfast was a bit of a letdown - who knew stale bread and sad pastries could be so disappointing?

The Church of Misericordia had a lovely facade, blending beautifully with the shop displays. Viseu offers a charming juxtaposition of history and modernity, and the wine is divine.
Who needs a menu for a salad? Just give me some lettuce and tomatoes, it's not like I have any taste.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Viseu. the location was perfect for exploring the city center and its attractions. The hotel itself offered excellent value for money, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, which were clean and well-maintained. The weak wifi signal in the rooms was a minor inconvenience, but didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.
All was satisfactory, with no notable issues.

Onix exceeded my expectations with their surprisingly good restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious meals for both nights of my stay. the staff were excellent and the view of the mountains from my room window was breathtaking. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. the hotel also had convenient amenities such as a spacious parking lot, 24/7 reception, comfortable beds, fast internet, and a nice, looking swimming pool. Despite its age, Onix is well, kept and provides a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!
No issues. 👍.
